We made an unusual 4% ABV summer brew for Graham.  He broke  his Jaw in April and by his orders (he is a Physician) we made a recipe for him to enjoy in July.  The BREW has Pilsner DME for head color and beer color, a WHEAT base for some flavor and cloudiness and some CARA-PILS for head retention all converted with British Ale Yeast for a hint od sweet malt.  NOT TOO SHABT- if I say so myself.  R…
