Beer Bread- Oh so Good

Beer Bread made with 12 oz of English Bitter and 3 cups of rising flour, 3/4 cup or less sugar, 3/4 stick of butter and a pinch of salt. Coat top with 1/4 stick of butter.  Bake 350 for 45 minutes and enjoy.  This bitter beer loaf had a hint of yeast flavor and a slight bittering hop finish.
