Microbiology rules

Without microbiology there would be no craft beer.  Zymurgy plays a big impact.  (go ahead- look up zymurgy in the dictionary- easy to find as it is almost always the last word). 

At empty nest brewing we take our yeasty’s seriously as shown in the photo above.  Pure cultures rule the day !
